This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Eco Deck Ltd in Alberta and across Canada.

We aim to keep our policy clear, fair, and transparent.

• Returns accepted within 28 days of delivery (or pickup date).
   
• Items must be in unused, resalable condition.
   
• A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
   
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
   
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, returned goods must be received within the original 28-day window.

Returns sent without prior written approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in perfect, unused, and resalable condition
   
• Products must not be cut, installed, scratched, opened, partially used, or damaged.
   
• All original packaging must be intact, where applicable.
   

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and administrative processing.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Eco Deck is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim:

2. Include your order number.
    
3. Attach clear photographs of the damage or issue.
    

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a return request:

1. Email sales@ecodeckcanada.com within 14 days of delivery
    
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
    
3. Wait for the written return authorization.
    
4. Return the approved goods within the 28-day period.
    

Returns without prior authorization may be refused.
